Digital downloads

Trying to download photos from your online gallery and having trouble?
No problem, hopefully this’ll help!
If not, pop me a message and I’ll do my best to talk through it.

Whole gallery

(See a visual how-to below!)

1. When on your online gallery, click on the arrow you’ll see at the top right. (If on a phone, you’ll find the download option in the 3-dots menu)
2. Please enter your email address to start the download process.
3. This will bring you to a page with various options. Select ‘Full Gallery’ and ‘High Resolution’. Then select ‘Save to My Device’ and click ‘Start Download’!
4. After a moment, you’ll see that your photos are ready to be downloaded. Click the link to download (this will take a few minutes to do so)
5. Once downloaded, you’ll find a .Zip file in your downloads folder. Double click on this to ‘unzip’ it, and then you can open the folder and see your beautiful images.
6. Please back up your images online in case your device gets damaged or lost etc. Enjoy them forever, and cherish the memories and each other ❤️

Individual photos

1. To download an individual photo, open the photo within the gallery and click the download icon at the top right. It’s then a similar process as above, but instead of downloading a folder of photos, it’ll download the individual photo you’ve selected.
2. Please enter your email address (if requested) to start the download process. Then select ‘Save to My Device’.
3. On a laptop/desktop, your photo will be in your downloads folder. On an iPhone, the image will open in another tab, then you’ll need to hold down the image and click ‘Save Image In…’ and choose where you’d like it saved!
4. Please back up your images online in case your device gets damaged or lost etc.
5. Enjoy them forever, and cherish the memories and each other ❤️
