So, the masterminds Lauren of Lauren Dillon Photography and Chris of Maven Visuals have decided to combine their fabulous skills to create you a fabulous media package, documenting all that can be documented from your amazing day.
Lauren & Chris went to school together but never really knew each other that well, until years later when they got chatting about the cool things each other had been posting.
Next thing you know, one of Lauren’s clients says “do you know of any videographers?” and actually – yes! She does! Old school pal Chris.
Turns out, they’re a good team. Lauren’s rather chatty (a little too much so) and Chris is super chilled out (“how can you be so relaxed?!”).
They’re both enthusiastic and bring out the best in each other, creatively. And are an absolute hoot, if I may say so.

“We booked a competitively priced package for our special day which included the services of both Lauren and Chris of Maven Visuals (videographer). We had multiple video calls with them both during the booking process and afterwards to bring them up to speed with the details and schedule. They documented: finishing touches whilst getting ready, formal photos of our choosing, the ceremony, speeches, dinner, some couples pictures in a nearby field, the first dance, and some of our ceilidh, spanning the best parts of the day, from about 11am to roughly 8pm. Lauren asked us to come up with a shortlist of formal photos which helped streamline the formal photo session, meaning we spent as much time as possible with our guests which we really appreciated. Me, my wife, and some of our guests also commended both Lauren and Chris on their ability to capture special moments whilst barely making their presence known. They really melted into the background!
We received sneak peak photos and a trailer for our wedding video via email very promptly after the wedding, which tided us over until we received all edited photos and the wedding videos a few months later. We love everything about the photos – the quality, the composition, the joy! Lauren also sent the photos on a personalised memory stick in a customised box with a note, which was such a thoughtful touch to top everything off.

A gooorgeous autumnal wedding! Emma & Liam married at Trevenna Barns, near Liskeard, in September. It was a great day and lovely to see some familiar faces (the bride and a few guests were in the year below Chris and I at school!)
August 2025
Martha & David’s wedding was a really special one. Gorgeous sunshine, so much happiness, and to top it all off – their dog Olive!
Their wedding was at St Eustachius Church in Tavistock and Trevenna Barns near Liskeard (yes, again, yay!)
Martha & David booked us on our all-day package, so it was lovely to see their day through from getting ready to dancing to the live band.

Lizzie & Tilda had SUCH a lovely day.
They got married at Fitzleroi Barn in Pulborough (we don’t usually travel this far, but she’s an old school pal!)
They booked us for our all-day package, and it was great to see the whole day through (including getting involved in the ceilidh!)

Chloe & Joe’s wedding was SO much fun! So so joyful and a very emotional day all round! They got married at Launcells Barton.

What a gorgeous day! Lisa & Serena married at Kilminorth, near Looe in Cornwall. It was SO much fun. They did a first look, pre-ceremony, which was really special. The whole day was a buzz of excitement.

These two lovely people got married at Knightor Winery in St Austell, Cornwall. A beautiful setting for an autumnal wedding.
It was a GORGEOUS day filled with laughter, love, and amazing food!

Stephen & Amy got married in Salcombe, South Devon, right by the coast. A beautiful area surrounded by blue water, sunny skies (mostly!) and small streets. The wedding was at Cliff House Hotel which was the perfect setting for their wedding.
